The data dashboards are only available for Team Lead and Manager permission levels. This is a feature is built for users to be able to reference organizational data at a high level, with the ability to filter based on informational requirements. It can be found under Dashboards in the top tab of a users main dashboard.
The main view displays high level data of an organization. The dashboard has filtering options, as well as data broken out into sections by topic. Applying the filtering options will adjust the data that is pulled in. These adjustments will be reflected in each topic section. For example, selecting February 10, 2020 - March 10, 2020 and selecting the “Filter” button on the right, will pull in data from this time period.
Filtering
The default time frame for the data dashboard is the past 30 days. To filter a certain timeframe, click into the date field. There will be a few suggested options for you to choose from. You can also choose a custom date by selecting a start and end date. Please note, the end date can not be in the future.
You are able to filter the data by Program as well. The Program field will pull in a list of all programs that have been created in the organizations Admin section. You are able to select one or multiple programs to filter by. To remove a program that you have selected, simply click the “x” to the right of the program title to remove it from the selection field. Clicking the “Filter” button on the right of the filter fields will adjust the data to reflect the selected parameters.
Topic Sections
High level organization data is listed on the left side of the dashboard. The total number of people supported, the number of goals that have been created, the number of log notes, and the number of timeline posts that have been created.
Demographics
The demographics section pulls in data related to age and gender of individuals served. Hovering over each chart will provide additional details of demographic breakdown.
Log Notes
Log Notes are broken down at a high level, listing the number Log Notes created with an incident reported, the number with concerns reported, and the number of Log Notes created without either. The total log notes over time bar chart breaks out this data by day or month depending on the date range selected. Hovering over the bars in the chart will provide you with the breakdown of that particular day or month.
Permission Types
Permission type breakdown for the organization is broken down at a high level on the right side of the dashboard. This shows how many users of each permission type are in your organization.
Goals

Plans
The number of plans are broken down by how many are in development, in progress or needing review.
Timeline Posts
Timeline posts are broken out over time as a dot plot, and comparatively as a bar chart. Hovering over each of the elements will provide you with details on each mood.
