Critical Incidents and concern reports can be generated when you create a log note. Simply select which box you need. You can create both a concern and critical incident report within the same log note if needed.
Checking the concern check box will open the concern tracking form. Fill out each section to provide context around what happened to cause concern.
Once the log note is submitted, it will be added to the list of log notes and marked with a concern indicator (yellow "issue" flag).
All concerns can be viewed by selecting the Concerns page in the Briefcase.
