Incident reports can be created when creating a log note. Simply select the check box beside "Critical Incident" to open up the critical incident report form.
Management persons to notify via email
MyCompass will automatically email contributors notifying them of a critical incident when the incident is submitted. The management persons to notify via email section pulls in the list of Team Lead, Support Staff and Manager permission levels that are contributors on this Individuals profile. Simply select which contributors you want notified via email about the critical incident.
Managers and Team Leads are then able to follow up and comment directly on the specific incident report. These comments are date and time stamped.
