Custom Data Tracking are questions set up by each organization around tracking information specifically relevant to their organization.

Questions are added in the Admin section of MyCompass. Any question added here will show up for each individual within the organization. If you are looking to add questions specific to the Individual, this can be done in the Log Note Setup section of the Briefcase.

The Custom Data Tracking questions should be entered on a monthly basis.

A monthly report can be generated for the Custom Data Tracking questions under the reports tab. Select a day within the month you want reporting for in order to generate the Custom Data Tracking report for that month.
